Born on the east coast of central New South Wales, Australia, Eddie’s Deli is what a coastal food truck staple should be. From piping hot bacon and egg brekky sandwiches, to locally roasted coffee beans, eddie’s deli does it all.
Eddie’s is an abbreviation of the owners last name “Edwards”. We decided that in order to communicate eddie’s service we’d default to what we love most, food. By using food as our driving force you set yourself up with a universal language, on which we all speak quite fluently. Through culinary fluency we share in an abundance what we all crave and necessitate on a daily.
To be Half Decent means to be quietly confident about what one does. In slang it is used as a term of endearment, the term is used as an ice-breaker to introduce one to something new, sometimes unexpected, but ultimately pleasing. That sense of pleasure is something we imbue upon our brand and wider audiences. We believe that being quietly confident about what one does is another way of saying that’s Half Decent.
